Delivery

We always seek to dispatch items within 24-48 hours. If we receive orders before 12pm we will often dispatch on the same day. If an item has gone out of stock or there is any kind of issue we will contact you within 24 hours of purchase and resolve any resulting issue immediately. We are constantly available via mail and phone and are committed to a very high level of customer service.

Which courier companies do you use?

We use several courier companies depending on the type of delivery service you have requested and the area that your order is being delivered to. We currently use An Post and DPD for orders within the Republic of Ireland and all of the European Countries.

How much does it cost?

DPD pricing:

Registered Post to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland – €4.99 – Tracked Courier Service, includes proof of delivery and Insurance. Your order will arrive within 1-3 days.

For pricing on orders made in the United Kingdom and all other European Countries, please see point G in the Terms & Conditions list below.

FREE delivery is offered on orders over €100 delivered in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Other EU countries please see chart below.

Free in store pickup also available.

Wholesale Delivery Costs:

Please contact us before placing large orders as delivery charges may vary and you might also be entitled to a discount. FREE Delivery does not apply to trade orders.

Do you send parcels to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

G. Delivery Destinations and Costs

1. Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Free delivery on all orders over €100.
   
2. United Kingdom. Free delivery on all orders over €150.
   
3. Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Free delivery on all orders over €400.
   
4. Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark and Poland. Free delivery on all orders over €400.
   
5. Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Switzerland and Slovenia. Free delivery on all orders over €400.
   
6. Estonia, Sweden, Italy (mainland), Spain (mainland). Free delivery on all orders over €400.

If you are looking at placing a large order, please contact us for to see if we can provide free shipping. Due to the regular increase in delivery charges, we can no longer offer free shipping on low value orders.

For the delivery cost, please add your items to your basket and proceed to check out. Once you select your delivery country, the delivery cost will be displayed.

NOTE: Free delivery does not apply to oversized parcels and remote areas. If you picked free delivery and your parcel is big/heavy or you live in a remote area, we will contact you with the delivery cost.

H. Delivery Times

1. Republic of Ireland Standard orders are delivered between 4 to 10 working days..
2. Republic of Ireland Express orders are delivered in 48 hours.
3. Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom orders are delivered between 4 to 10 working days..
4. Parcels sent to all other European Countries will be delivered within 6 to 10 working days depending on the country.
   
5. “Working days” are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
6. You may receive your goods in several packages which arrive on different days. We often send goods that are in stock straight away and send any outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
7. If we are unable to deliver your order within the above periods we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the problem.

I. Delivery Methods

1. Irish orders are sent by An Post, Fastway or DHL.
2. Northern Ireland, United Kingdom and all other destinations are being sent by Fastway or DHL.
3. Some deliveries may require a signature on receipt.

J. Next Day Delivery

1. If you require your goods urgently we can offer next day delivery at no extra cost to the Republic of Ireland addresses only. This is only available on items that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch at the time of order.
2. This service is available to the Republic of Ireland only.
3. To allow us to check stock when you order, orders for next day delivery must be placed by telephone to 01 405 5024.
4. Next day delivery orders received by 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day.
5. Next day delivery orders placed before 3 pm Friday will be delivered Monday.
6. Next day delivery orders placed after 5 pm Friday, all day Saturday or all day Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.
7. To order for next day delivery please call us on 01 405 5024 between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Sunday.

K. Same Day Delivery

1. If you require your goods urgently we can offer same day delivery for €9.99 per order to anywhere in Dublin 1 – 24, plus Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire. This is only available on items that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch at the time of order.
2. This service has a weight restriction of 2kg.
3. This service is available to Dublin only.
4. To allow us to check stock when you order, orders for same day delivery must be placed by telephone to 01 405 5024.
5. Same day delivery is not currently available for online orders.
6. Same day delivery orders must be received by 12 pm Monday to Friday and they will be delivered by 6 pm that same day.
7. Same day delivery orders placed after 12 pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day.
8. Same day delivery orders placed Friday after 12 pm and Saturday will be delivered Monday by 3 pm.
9. To order for same day delivery please call us on 01 405 5024 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm Monday to Friday.

L. Delivery Address

1. You can specify any address in the Republic of Ireland or the European Union, for example your home, your neighbour’s, your workplace or anywhere else you like.
2. We may need to carry out additional security checks if the delivery address is different to that cardholder address, which may delay your order. To help us with these checks please include the name of the householder at the delivery address rather than your name.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or delay if the address you entered is incorrect or incomplete.
